Booking Rules

1. Advance Booking Policy

  • All reservations must be made at least three (3) days in advance.
  • Bookings are confirmed only upon submission of the reservation form and payment. Payment must be settled within 24 hours from booking or upon receipt of Payment instructions that will be sent to the registered email. Bookings with no confirmed payments are automatically cancelled.
  • Use the guide below to determine when you can reserve:
    • Sunday: Reserve for Wednesday
    • Monday: Reserve for Thursday
    • Tuesday: Reserve for Friday
    • Wednesday: Reserve for Saturday
    • Thursday: Reserve for Sunday
    • Friday: Reserve for Monday
    • Saturday: Reserve for Tuesday

2. Booking Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Client-Initiated Cancellations
    • Cancellations are no longer allowed upon confirmation of Reservation.
    • Client can re-schedule once if original schedule is not workable.
    • Refer to Section on Re-scheduling for other terms and conditions
  • Bad Weather or Unplayable Field Conditions or Other Facility-Initiated Cancellations (for maintenance, events, or safety)
    • Priority will be given to re-scheduling.
    • If no available schedule match the client’s availability, full refund will be issued.
    • The decision to close or cancel due to weather is at the discretion of the management for safety and field protection.

3. Re-scheduling

  • A confirmed booking can be re-scheduled only once and should be made at least 3 days before the original booking date.
  • A client can only re-schedule once. Multiple re-scheduling is not allowed.
  • New schedule is subject to availability and may be subject to additional fees (ex. originally off-peak to peak hour schedule) which must be settled onsite before the official start of the final schedule.
  • Input additional info (ex. if rescheduling can be done via the website)

4. Extension of Reserved Time

  • Extension of reserved time may be allowed, subject to availability and additional charges which must be settled latest, 30 minutes before the original end time.

5. Reduction of Reserved Time

  • Reduction of time may only be allowed in cases of force majeure or severe weather conditions and is subject to management approval.

6. Refund

  • For qualified refunds, amount to be refunded will be (deposited via preferred bank account / issued a check *for confirmation) in xx days.
  • No refunds will be issued in case of re-schedule from Peak Hour to Off-Peak Hour.

7. Special Bookings/Corporate Events

  • For special booking arrangements such as corporate events, you may reach us at __________________.

8. General Guidelines

  • Users must strictly follow field rules and respect allotted playtime.
  • Any damage to property or equipment will be charged accordingly.
  • The management reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings for safety, maintenance, or official events.
  • Proper sports attire and footwear are required at all times. Strictly no metal spikes or clogs.
  • Use of anti-slip grip enhancers is not allowed.
